CHECK-IN:
Please have the credit card used for reservation and a valid state-issued photo ID or Passport ready upon check-in.
A security deposit of $150 to $500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. The deposit is fully refundable at check-out after a damage inspection or settling incidental charges.
All guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. A major credit card or valid ID is required; cash is not accepted.
Our suites are designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child in a 1-bedroom suite, and up to 4 adults and 1 child in a 2-bedroom suite.
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM. In the event of a late check-out without prior approval, a nominal fee of $50 will be applied starting at 12:00 PM. If check-out extends beyond 1:00 PM, a full day rate will be charged.
Reservations are non-refundable upon check-in, and no refunds will be provided for shortened stays.
Guests may be subject to an upgrade fee per night plus tax if applicable.
BOOKING POLICY:
- Your credit card will be charged at time of booking; the amount (either first night or full stay) will be determined by the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Fortune House Hotel will charge the credit card provided at time of booking. This charge guarantees your reservation.
General Policy: Your credit card will be charged at time of booking. You may modify or cancel your reservation without penalty 72 hours (non-blackout dates) prior of your arrival date. If you are unable to cancel within the time frame, the first night plus tax will be forfeited.
Blackout dates: Your credit card will be charged at time of booking during special event weeks (Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, Miami Boat Show, New Years, Memorial Day, etc). You may modify or cancel your reservation without penalty 14 days in advance. If you are unable to cancel within the time frame, the first night plus tax will be forfeit.
Non-Refundable Rate: Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your reservation at time of booking. If modification or cancellation occurs, 100% of total reservation will be forfeit.
Group Reservations: You may modify or cancel your reservation without penalty 14 days in advance (1-10 rooms), or 30 days in advance (11 - 19 rooms), or 60 days in advance (20+ rooms). After this time, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Monthly Reservations: You may modify or cancel your reservation without penalty 30 days in advance. After this time, your deposit will be forfeited.
PARKING:
Valet Parking is the only available parking option at Fortune House Hotel.
The nightly rate for valet parking is $35.00 per vehicle.
Oversized vehicles (e.g., vans, buses) exceeding 6 feet in height require special accommodation and must be arranged in advance with the hotel. The nightly rate for an oversized vehicle is $125.00 per vehicle.
Valet service operates 24/7, allowing guests to come and go as needed within a 24-hour period.
PACKAGES:
To ensure proper delivery, please include both the hotel name and your name (matching the reservation) on the package. In addition, kindly address any packages to Suite 102 at our property. Please note that packages must have a recipient name for acceptance.
Complimentary delivery is available for up to two packages during your stay, while additional delivered packages may incur a fee.
GENERAL:
Fortune House Hotel reserves the right to charge for missing or damaged property or unpaid incidentals.
The liability for this stay is not waived, and guests will be held liable for any unpaid charges or damages caused during their stay.
Fortune House Hotel does not assume any liability for damages, injuries, or inconveniences arising from the use of unit appliances. If you encounter any issues with the appliances, such as malfunctions or damage, please inform our front desk staff. We will make every effort to address the issue and provide you with a suitable solution.
Proper attire is required in common areas.
Carrying weapons on the premises is prohibited.
If you require ADA accessibility or any special assistance, please contact us in advance to reserve an accessible suite or arrange assistance upon your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee all requests.
Only service animals are permitted on the property.
Guests who do not wish to be included in our mailing or communication lists are kindly requested to inform the front desk during check-in or contact us in advance to make their preference known.
While we fully respect our guests' desire for privacy, our hotel has a responsibility to ensure the well-being and safety of all guests. To strike a balance between these important factors, our policy permits hotel management to access a suite if the DND (Do not Disturb) sign has been displayed for three consecutive days without previous notice to the guest.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Service Fee: $29.95/daily
Any changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the final room price.
Rollaway bed: $50/nightly
No-Smoking Environment: Guests not complying with the no-smoking regulations will be charged a $500 room recovery fee for the extensive cost of sanitizing the room to a smoke-free condition.
